AIR-Deck

• Heaviest Grade PVC: We use the heaviest grade of PVC material possible before entering commercial military grades: 1100 D-teck Denier / 0.9mm thickness.
• Oversized Tubes: All our tubes are intentionally oversized, resulting in a much nicer, more comfortable ride and significantly contributing to a drier boating experience.
• Heavy-Duty Transom: Constructed with marine ply coated in epoxy, sealed with rubber on top, and featuring both Internal and External outboard mounting plates. It also includes a 1-way bung that allows you to drive the boat to efficiently remove any excess water under the floor.

• Superior Tow Rings: We fit a large, heavy-duty Stainless Steel tow ring at the front, mounted on an equally large and reinforced patch. Lesser quality boats use smaller, less reinforced components.
• Wear Protection: We use non-marking rubbing/wear strips around the side and underneath the keel for maximum protection against abrasion. A second layer of PVC is also applied to the underside of each oversized tube, providing crucial extra protection when dragging or launching your inflatable off beaches with hidden rocks or shells.
• Over-Inflation Valve: Fitted as standard to help manage increased air pressure on hotter days.

• Internal Rear Carry Handles: A stand-out original design feature. By moving the carry handles from the outside of the rear tubes to the inside, we make it possible for one person to carry the boat and prevent hard-material handles from scratching your larger cruiser or yacht.
• Offset Grab/Safety Rope: The grab/safety rope is offset to the side of the tube instead of the top, ensuring you are not sitting on an uncomfortable rope while cruising.
